Acceptance

By accessing or using Rendervi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Rendervi. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.

Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your account in a way that violates your plan, our pricing rules, or our security controls.

What the service does

Rendervi provides AI-powered architectural imaging tools, including render generation, upgrades, edits, transformations, upscaling, and free tools that may be branded under related names such as Demarket.

We may add, remove, improve, or change features at any time. Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or experimental tools.

Your content

You may upload prompts, text, sketches, previews, renders, reference images, and other files. You must have the rights needed to submit that content and to ask us to process it.

You keep ownership of your input content. To operate the service, you give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, transmit, transform, display, and process that content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Rendervi.

Generated output

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the output generated for you through the service. AI outputs can still contain errors, inconsistencies, or artifacts, so you are responsible for reviewing results before using them in client work, marketing, construction, or other professional settings.

Rendervi does not guarantee that generated outputs are accurate, buildable, lawful, unique, or free of third-party claims.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or bypass service protections.
• Do not misuse free tools, rate limits, public share links, or anti-bot protections.
• Do not use the service in a way that infringes privacy, publicity, or IP rights.

Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Some parts of Rendervi require a paid plan, credits, or usage-based charges. If you buy a subscription, you agree to the pricing, renewal terms, and billing terms shown at checkout.

Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may suspend access for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or plan misuse.

Third-party services

Rendervi may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, authentication, analytics, file storage, or AI processing. Your use of certain parts of the service may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.

Free and experimental tools

Free tools and experimental features may have stricter limits, lower availability, and no guarantee of continued access. We may change or remove them at any time.

Intellectual property

The Rendervi service, website, branding, software, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Rendervi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers

Rendervi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendervi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Rendervi for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you used only free features.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of Rendervi after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
