Rendervi is an AI render studio for architects and design teams. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, our app, our free tools, and related services that link to this page.

When we say "Rendervi," "we," or "our," we mean the Rendervi service. When we say "you," we mean the person or team using the service.

Information we collect

Account and contact data

If you create an account, join a waitlist, contact us, or sign in with a third-party provider, we may collect information such as your name, email address, company name, login identifier, and profile details shared through that sign-in provider.

Project content

We collect the content you submit to the service, including uploaded images, model previews, prompts, edits, masks, generated outputs, and any metadata needed to process those requests.

Usage and technical data

We collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, logs, request timestamps, page visits, interaction events, and abuse-prevention signals.

Billing data

If you buy a paid plan, payment details are processed by our billing or payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Support and communications

If you email us or contact support, we collect the contents of those messages and any files or screenshots you choose to send.

How we use information

• To create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
• To process image generation, render editing, upscaling, and related AI workflows.
• To host, store, and deliver your uploaded files and generated outputs.
• To maintain service security, prevent fraud, and enforce rate limits or abuse rules.
• To respond to support requests and send service-related communications.
• To analyze usage, reliability, and product performance so we can improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and systems.

AI processing and service providers

To operate Rendervi, we may share relevant data with trusted service providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, anti-abuse, payment, and AI-processing providers.

We do not use your private project data to train Rendervi's own AI models.

That means your uploaded content and prompts may be processed by third-party AI providers when needed to complete the generation or editing request you ask us to perform. Those providers handle data under their own terms, privacy documents, and service contracts.

If you use a public share link, the result page may be viewable by anyone who has that link.

How we share information

• With vendors and processors working on our behalf to operate the service.
• With payment providers to process transactions and prevent fraud.
• With legal or regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets involving the service.

We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, traffic analysis, and product performance measurement. Some analytics may be collected automatically when you visit the site or use the app.

Retention
